Design-Bid-Build (DBB)
In DBB, project Owners hire their preferred Architect and/or Engineer to design plans, define requirements, set specifications and prepare competitive bid documents. Batzer Inc. responds with a proposal, either from an open bid or select bid process. The Design-Bid-Build method also allows Batzer to negotiate work based on a percentage of the project fee more >>

Design-Build (DB)
With the Design-Build method of construction, Batzer Inc. works directly with the project Owners from conception to completion. Batzer selects and works closely with the Architect to design plans, define requirements and set specifications. Design-Build results in a team approach to construction.  more >>

Construction Management-General Contractor (CMGC)
As a CMGC, project owners contract with Batzer Inc. to work with the Architect/Engineer throughout the design and development process. In the role of CMGC, Batzer agrees to take risks for construction quality, budget adherence and on-time performance.  more >>
