Batzer Builds Its Own

With steady growth over the past 53 years, Batzer Inc. has had to continually add buildings to make room for 100-plus current employees at its North Ross Lane facility. In recent years, the Batzer management team has assessed, evaluated and discussed ideas for when and how to upgrade its property. Finally, in late 2006, with a plan in hand and future growth in mind, Batzer began building its own.

At Medford Neurological and Spine Center, Batzer Inc. recently added
2,230 square feet of clinical space. As planned, the new construction complements the Center's existing architecture and design, making it difficult to tell the difference between the old and the new space.

Batzer Designs and Builds New Site for Hot Springs Spas

For 10 years, Hot Springs Spas conducted business from several leased locations. Then, in November 2006, Batzer's Design/Build team put the finishing touches to the firm's new building. Hot Springs Spas Owners Elaine and Gordon Kamm remark, "Having everything in one place has saved us a lot of running around," says Elaine. "We love the location and feel like we've significantly improved the spa shopping experience for our customers."

Batzer Builds Bulk Storage Warehouse for Fire Mountain Gems

Before Batzer Inc. built a 68,400 square foot bulk storage warehouse for Fire Mountain Gems and Beads in Grants Pass, the firm stored its jewelry-making supplies in four remote warehouse sites. Company trucks would pick up gems, beads and materials in Cave Junction and Merlin five days a week, then deliver them to Fire Mountain headquarters on "E" Street and the Grants Pass Parkway.
